Charity Video Game Challenge Returns This Sunday

Video Game Challenge

If there were such thing as a retweet for blog posts, this would probably be it!

Back in August, before the start of fall camp, the team, and the OSU chapter of Uplifting Athletes, held a charity video game tournament to benefit Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT); a disease that affects Terrelle’s father, Craig.

Well, it is time for another go-round! This Sunday at the Damon’s on Olentangy, select members of the Ohio State football team will be taking on players from other schools such as Penn State, Georgia, West Virginia, and Texas. Fans are invited to watch all the action from 3-6PM.

As I mentioned last summer, this the best time to meet and interact with your favorite Buckeyes because they rarely (if ever) do public signings/meet-n-greets before declaring for the NFL. Tickets are $5 ahead of time, and $10 at the door.

Duron Carter is the reigning champ, so I’m sure he’ll be looking to uphold his title. DeVier Posey, Donnie Evege, and Spencer Smith appeared last night on 10TV’s “Wall 2 Wall Sports” program to promote the event. (I may add that video later on) Click here for more info and to purchase advance tickets.

And while you’re here, why not see some video coverage from last year’s event?
