2010 Rose Bowl: Bucks vs. Ducks
Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?
The 2010 Rose Bowl is set! The Ohio State Buckeyes will meet the Oregon Ducks in Pasadena on January 1st. I figured the Ducks would find a way to win, but if Oregon State knew how to tackle, maybe it would have been them instead…
I am confident in the Buckeyes’ chances of getting a bowl win, but Oregon will definitely be a challenge. Glad the team has a month to study film and prepare. However, Oregon won’t have the luxury of facing a defense that misses as many tackles as the other OSU did today. That was extremely hard to watch. I’d also be extremely shocked if 30+ points were put on the board in the 1st quarter of the Rose Bowl. Just sayin’.
I like the Oregon program. Good and passionate fans, beautiful state, fun offense to watch etc. The message board fans were extremely misguided/annoying when they genuinely thought they were in the ‘TP Sweepstakes’ back in 2008 (they weren’t), but that just points to their passion. I just hope my eyes can take the uni’s they wear January 1st. 
I expect both teams to be at their best, so here’s to a competitive and fun Rose Bowl game!
