OSU Announces Ticket Price Increase
The trickle-down effect of the slowing US economy has hit the Ohio State University.
The Athletic Department has announced that they will increase ticket prices for football and men’s basketball games by one dollar. That is, except if you are a student. Student prices will remain the same.
So, for everyone else, football tickets will be $63 and men’s hoops $27.
Long story short, the Athletic Department will be in the red — and not the good red, which is scarlet — for the first time in years. The ticket price increase is being used to remedy the loss of income.
