ESPN Loves TP; No, Really!
I know some fans are constantly on the lookout for media outlets and websites who “disrespect” Ohio State. I think that portion of the fanbase is too sensitive. The criticism this team has received has been warranted. So let’s just throw the “everyone is against us” chants out the window, mmk?
Is ESPN not coming to C-Bus this weekend? And not only that, but their College Football Live daily show has featured TP2 3 days in a row. Yes, 3! The only other QB that may be seeing that amount of airtime is Heisman front-runner Colt McCoy. Not to mention that the front page of the CFB section of ESPN.com features a story on who else? Ohio State. The caption of the pictures reads as follows: “Terrelle Pryor has lifted the Buckeyes back into BCS contention”. Need I say more?
So let’s stop all the whining. With a healthy Beanie and TP2 coming into his own, the media is absolutely loving the Bucks.
Yesterday’s show had an interesting little segment on how Terrelle’s speed and how it looks like he isn’t fast, but just uses long strides. He covers 5 yds in 2 steps, people! He makes people miss, and those who don’t miss, he ushers to the ground with that nasty stiff arm of his.
