Stuff (Post-Michigan State Edition)
This is probably going to be a very rambling post. I just felt like I should warn y’all. I’m all over the place today!
So, first things first: Rankings!
After laying a beatdown on Sparty, the Buckeyes have been rewarded with a bump in the polls. I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking that “of course we moved up, 2 teams ranked ahead of us lost”. Not so fast, my friends. We’d been stalled at #12 for several weeks even with teams around us losing. The pollsters weren’t believing in Ohio State then. Now, we have their attention!
So Ohio State lands at #10 in the AP poll this week. But even better, the team is #9 in the initial BCS rankings that were just released. Looking good!
We can’t rest on that, though. Gotta take care of business next weekend when Penn St. comes to town! Vegas has us as 1 pt. dogs for the game. I’ll take that!

With the PSU game up next, reporters are now bringing up old shit; and by old shit, I mean TP’s recruitment where he took a pass on staying in-state to play for JoePa and fled to Buckeye country. Asked about it last night after the game, Terrelle said the following:
“I don’t care. I’m from Ohio now. That’s still my hometown, but this is where I am now. I don’t need to make Penn State happy.”
Can the church get an “Amen”? I think TP’s gonna show out this weekend. Just a hunch.
Also, take a look at the top of the sidebar. I have random TP quotes up there. A different one on each pageload. He’s been giving us some gems, so I want to make sure visitors to this site see them.
