TP to get First Start Saturday?
You know what they say: where there’s smoke…
It’s mighty “smokey” in Columbus right now as we are hearing rumbles of a shakeup in the depth chart at the QB position. 1460 The Fan is reporting that Todd Boeckman is still atop the new depth chart, but that doesn’t mean anything is set in stone. After all, Terrelle was listed as 3rd string for much of camp and the for the opener against YSU. However, during that game, he was the 1st QB off the bench.
After the debacle on the West Coast, many fans, media, alums etc. are calling for Terrelle to start. We all know that outsiders don’t make personnel decisions for the team, but there could be something to it this time.
TP chose Ohio State, in part, so he could learn under Boeckman for a year. It looks like his apprenticeship may be shorter than all had planned for. What a difference 3 games make!
Tressel’s weekly media luncheon is coming up in a matter of hours. After which, everyone will begin dissecting his Senatorial prose. Stay tuned! Things are about to get mighty interesting!
